Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your refund/replacement, you must keep the original receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The customer can only replace the products if any damaged or the defected item is received. Also, the order cannot be canceled after the dispatch has been done. Items that have been mistakenly ordered by the customer are not refundable and cannot be returned in any case. Please shoot an unboxing video when you receive the parcel and inform us immediately if any product is missing or damaged.
If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our policy lasts 3 days starting from the day of your delivery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
